Welcome. Please follow this two-step process to include your hotel in the Hotel Meeting Directory, the premium internet resource for meeting planners to locate meeting venues in North America.

Step One: Please complete the registration form below and click 'Submit Registration.'

Step Two: You will then be transferred to your secure listing to enter your property's detailed information. Once you 'Publish' your listing it will be active and visible to meeting planners worldwide.

Manage Multiple Properties
If you prefer to manage multiple properties under one account, register your first property with this application. Once approved you may add additional properties under your secure account. If you prefer to manage all properties individually you must submit this new member registration for each property, using a different e-mail address and password for each. We look forward to helping you grow your meetings and events business.

Fields denoted with a red * symbol are required and must be completed for your listing to be accepted.

Complete listings will appear highest on the Search Result page. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Hotel Meeting Directory Marketing Participation Agreement

Welcome.....
To the Hotel Meeting Directory and thank you for participating in the program. The Directory assists meeting planners in locating and selecting a facility that matches their meeting or event specifications. The Directory provides planners with several methods for quickly contacting the sales person at the facility. All participating properties are expected to respond immediately to meeting and event planners requests.

The Hotel Meeting Directory is open to all meeting facilities in North America. By submitting your property and contact information your property will be promoted to professional and non-professional meeting and event planners.

Users of the program agree to:

  • Provide factual and accurate listing information.

  • Provide property descriptions, images, contact information.

  • Provide complete meeting space specifications, improving the properties position on the search results page.

  • Maintain and terminate special offers you post on your listing.

  • Respond to Listing Update Requests every six months.

  • Your listing will appear immediately when information is published.

  • All data, copy and images provided become the property of www.HotelMeetingDirectory.com

Response to Leads.
Your property is expected to response immediately to RFP's, within 24 hours. Response time for Emails and Instant Meeting Estimators is two hours.

Agreement.....
Properties using this site agree that they are using it at their own risk and will not hold www.HotelMeetingDirectory.com or the Greystone Marketing Group, LLC liable for any damages resulting from program performance, wrong information, undelivered communications or the performance of the Meeting Estimator or Wedding Estimator programs.

The product is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the product, the programs or the printed materials, by any means without the explicit written permission of the Greystone Marketing Group, LLC.

Participant has reviewed the terms and agrees to execute this Hotel Meeting Directory Participation Form electronically by clicking an "I ACCEPT" box. Participant agrees that by communicating consent to the terms and conditions of this HMD Participation Form in the manner described herein shall be binding upon Participant to the same extent if Participant agreed to be bound via a handwritten signature.
